Drinking Enough Water

One of the health goals I've set is to drink enough water each day. For me right now, 'enough' means about two litres. I found this really difficult until I made like a baby and got...a bottle. A designated only-for-me-and-only-for-water bottle. It was $3 from the dollar section of Target and I don't think it's an overstatement to say it literally changed my life. It holds about 500 ml so I try to drink at least four bottles per day. Being able to easily track my water consumption (and then recording it in my Fitbit) has made all the difference. Regularly experiencing the storied phenomenon of being hydrated means two things: 1) I feel better overall and my skin is clearer/less dry and 2) I'm the girl asking you where the bathroom is. I've also noticed that I feel dehydrated much more easily. If I don't get enough H20 in a day my body lets me know. My $3 plastic bottle has more than paid for itself, but recently the space between the double walls has begun filling with water. It's now an inch from the top and will start leaking soon, so I figured it was time for an upgrade. Enter David's Tea.I found this glass bottle for $12. It holds 16 oz (473 ml) which is perfect for me. I think reusable straws are kind of weird (still do, actually) but since this one is only used by me for water (and I wash it regularly) it works great. It's not double walled but that doesn't matter because I won't be using it for anything hot.

Do you have any tips on getting enough water? Have you noticed a difference in how you feel?
